Not all energy movement is a Kundalini awakening.

Kundalini activation & Kundalini awakening are not the same & it’s important we speak about this with reverence & clarity.

Yes, an activation can be powerful.

Emotional releases, spontaneous movements, surges of energy — they are all signs your life force is awakening within you.

But that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve had a full Kundalini awakening.

For so long, I was stuck in survival mode, running on cortisol & calling it success.

I lived heavily in my masculine energy…always doing, pushing, & striving.

Slowing down felt unsafe. Rest felt like failure.

I thought I was in control, but really, I was just disregulated.

Keeping myself busy so I wouldn’t have to feel.

It wasn’t until I allowed myself to soften, to reconnect with my feminine energy, that I realised how out of balance I was.
