What is Kundalini Life Force Energy? It is your innate life force energy. It is you. 
It is believed to sit coiled up at the base of your spine like a serpent. 

In many of us it can lay dormant for years or lifetimes until awakened. Once awakened, it rises through the energy centres, purifying your being.

Is it Safe? 
 When working with this energy is a safe & nurturing environment with a well informed faciliatator. Your body is your guiding force. The Energy will never awaken until you are ready.

What can I do to prepare for my session? Do not eat 2 hours before. Do not drink alcohol or take drugs ideally for at least 24 hours before. Allow yourself enough time to arrive in the space & ground. Approach the session with an open mind & heart.

How can I integrate my experience? I provide you with a link to my integration library after your session to help support you in your journey.

What happens in a session? I begin my sessions with an embodiment practice such as breath work which is the only doing you will need to do. Then you just need to fully surrender & lay on the mat. I use bodywork, so there may be points where I touch along meridian points to help the flow of energy. You can experience emotional releases, bodily movements, feeling heat & other sensations like tingling in the body, shifts in consciousness, messages/insights. The experience can vary person to person & session to session, so it is best to have no expectations.

How many sessions are needed for the life force energy to awaken? This varies entirely from person to person & will depend on a number of things. Your readiness, how safe your nervous system & physical body feels, how much suppressed emotions & armouring you have built around you, how much you can drop out of your mind & into your body. You can’t put a timeframe on healing.

Is Kundalini Activation suitable for everyone? 

 No - please read my waiver form on the booking page carefully which outlines contraindications before booking your session. Generally, people with certain psychological conditions would not be suitable for these sessions.

Is it Kundalini yoga? No - that is a different practice altogether.
